岗位概述：
油漆技工要及时进行维护酒店设施维修工作，包括酒店内家具，墙纸，室内装修，木装饰，地板，墙面漆，石器和装饰物等情况。
岗位职责：
- 协助和管理承包商完成的项目。
- 按照工作分配或主动完成饭店维修工作，保证酒店设施达标。
- 有计划的开展酒店设施检查工作，当发现有安全隐患或设施存在问题有可能影响正常运做时必须及时上报。
- 根据要求，配合其他部门进行加工制作。
- 执行总工程师或指定工程师安排的其它工作。
- 在工作中执行顾客满意标准。
- 保持工具和设备完好。
- 协助列出材料价格以便完成工作。
- 保证酒店维修所需物品充足。
专业知识技能：
- 必须具有专业维修木器，油漆，墙纸，地板和石器经验。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：中国普通话-良好年龄要求：18-55岁
