职位描述
一、核心服务与宾客关系 Core Services & Guest Relations
为抵达及离店宾客提供热情、专业的迎送服务,包括开车门、协助搬运行李等。Provide warm and professional welcoming and farewell services for arriving and departing guests, including opening car doors, assisting with luggage handling, etc.
主动问候宾客,了解其需求,提供准确的信息咨询与指引(如酒店设施、本地交通、景点、餐厅等)。Proactively greet guests, understand their needs, and provide accurate information and directions (e.g., hotel facilities, local transportation, attractions, restaurants, etc.).
处理宾客的委托代办事项(如预订机票、车票、餐厅、出租车、递送物品等),并跟进至完成。Handle guest concierge requests (e.g., booking air/train tickets, restaurants, taxis, delivering items, etc.) and follow through to completion.
管理宾客行李的寄存、提取与安全保管,确保流程准确无误。Manage the storage, retrieval, and secure safekeeping of guest luggage, ensuring accurate procedures.
记录并跟进宾客的特殊需求、偏好及投诉,及时协调相关部门解决,提升宾客满意度。Record and follow up on guests' special requests, preferences, and complaints, promptly coordinating with relevant departments to resolve issues and enhance guest satisfaction.
二、交通协调与安全维护 Traffic Coordination & Security Maintenance
高效管理酒店入口处车辆交通秩序,确保通道畅通无阻。Efficiently manage vehicle traffic flow at the hotel entrance, ensuring unobstructed access.
为宾客召唤、安排出租车或其他交通工具,并协助宾客上下车。Hail and arrange taxis or other transportation for guests, and assist them with boarding and alighting.
协助维护酒店入口区域及大堂的秩序、安全与整洁。Assist in maintaining order, safety, and cleanliness at the hotel entrance area and lobby.
对可疑人员或情况保持警惕,及时向安保部门汇报。Remain vigilant regarding suspicious individuals or situations and report promptly to the security department.
三、信息管理与部门协作 Information Management & Departmental Collaboration
熟悉酒店所有服务设施、营业时间及促销活动,并能清晰地向宾客介绍。Be thoroughly familiar with all hotel service facilities, operating hours, and promotional activities, and able to explain them clearly to guests.
准确记录并传递宾客留言、邮件及包裹。Accurately record and deliver guest messages, mail, and parcels.
与前台、客房部、餐饮部等其他部门保持密切沟通与合作,确保服务衔接顺畅。Maintain close communication and cooperation with other departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage to ensure seamless service delivery.
完成上级交办的其他相关工作。Perform other related duties as assigned by superiors.
