一、核心工作职责 (I. Core Responsibilities)
1. 饮品调制与出品管理 (1. Beverage Preparation & Quality Control)
精准调制 (Precise Mixology): 严格按照指定配方并使用计量系统,为宾客准备各类酒精和非酒精饮品,确保每一杯出品都品质如一 。
Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems, ensuring consistent quality for every serving .
酒水服务 (Beverage Service): 负责葡萄酒/香槟的开瓶、醒酒及侍酒服务,确保服务流程专业优雅 。
Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles professionally and elegantly .
创新与趋势 (Innovation & Trends): 时刻关注行业新趋势、本地特色元素及宾客不断变化的需求,积极参与酒单的创新与研发 。
Constantly be on the lookout for new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests' evolving needs; actively participate in the innovation and development of the beverage menu .
2. 卓越服务与宾客体验 (2. Excellence in Service & Guest Experience)
热情迎宾 (Warm Welcome): 按照丽思卡尔顿“黄金标准”,以专业、整洁的形象迎接和招呼所有宾客,预见并满足他们的服务需求,真诚地向宾客致谢 。
Greet and acknowledge all guests with a professional and well-groomed appearance, following The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards. Proactively anticipate and fulfill their service needs and express genuine gratitude .
打造云端体验 (Creating the Rooftop Experience): 不仅关注吧台内的操作,更主动与宾客互动,介绍特色饮品,分享饮品背后的故事,营造独特的高空氛围。
Go beyond bar operations to proactively engage with guests, introduce signature drinks, share stories behind the beverages, and cultivate a unique high-altitude atmosphere.
建立宾客关系 (Building Guest Relationships): 与酒店内其他部门及社区建立良好关系,以便更好地预测和满足宾客需求 。
Build relationships with others across the hotel and in the community to better anticipate and deliver on our guests‘ needs .
处理账务 (Payment Processing): 熟练处理所有支付方式。班次结束后清点备用金,完成指定的收银报告,解决任何差异,上交收款并妥善保管备用金 。
Process all payment methods proficiently. Count the bank at the end of the shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure the bank .
3. 吧台维护与运营支持 (3. Bar Maintenance & Operational Support)
清洁卫生 (Cleanliness & Sanitation): 负责吧台、吧台设备、桌椅及其他工具的摆设与清洁维护,确保所有区域一尘不染。清洗用过的玻璃器皿 。
Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Wash soiled glassware, ensuring all areas are spotless .
物资准备 (Supply Preparation): 准备新鲜的装饰配料。补充冰块、玻璃器皿和纸制品等耗材。将物资运送至吧台区域 。
Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to the bar set-up area .
库存管理 (Inventory Management): 从吧台及餐桌撤下用过的餐具,放置于指定区域。预见并沟通补货需求。班后锁好所有烈酒、啤酒、葡萄酒、冷却器、橱柜及储藏区域 。
Remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables and place them in designated areas. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Secure all liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas after the shift .
体力要求 (Physical Demands): 能够长时间站立、行走。能够在不借助帮助的情况下移动、提起、搬运、推拉重量不超过50磅(约22.7公斤)的物品。需要时能够弯腰、扭转、伸手取物 。
Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period. Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds (approx. 22.7 kg) without assistance. Able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as needed .
