· Effectively manage the restaurant by ensuring the following:

· 有效管理餐厅的日常工作，确保日下工作正常进行：

· Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual

· 监督部门工作标准和程序手册中列出的各项规范的贯彻执行。

· Adhere to opening and closing procedures

· 遵守开始营业和结束营业的程序。

· Adhere to bill paying procedures

· 遵守规定的结账程序。

· Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials; emphasis on upselling certain products; etc

· 有效的进行交接班说明会，确保所有员工了解重要客人，特殊活动，每日特价，重点是推销某些产品等。

· Encourage and motivate staff to provide optimum service during all shifts

· 激励在岗员工为客人提供卓越的服务。

· Up-sell property facilities

· 推销酒店的设施。

· Overall responsible for ensuring and maintaining the entire range of services offered for the Ambassador/Priority Club members, VIP’s, and repeat guests, also long staying guest , first time arrival and special date guest, etc with the aim to maximum guest satisfaction.

· 全面负责对大使/优悦会会员，重要客人，及回头客的服务，还有一些长住客人，第一次入住客人还有特别日期的客人都要尽量让客人满意。

Required Skills –

技能要求

· Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

· 完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力。

· Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.

· 持有当地政府规定的含酒精饮品知识课程证书或食品服务许可证或有效的健康或食品上岗证。

· Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.

· 具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力

· Good writing skills

· 具有良好的写作技能

· Leadership Skills

· 具有领导能力

Qualifications –

学历

· Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.

· 酒店管理，餐饮或相关专业的大专学历。

Experience –

经历

· 5 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

· 5年相关工作经历，包括管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
