To execute all works assigned by work order center and engineering office.
执行由维修单中心和工程部办公室分配的工作。
To assist and supervise all works carried out by contractor.
协助并监督承包商的所有工作项目。
To make all architectural repairs to the building as per assignments or on own initiative, ensuring all work meets the local codes.
所有有关建筑的维修都要按照工作分配或主动完成，确保所有工程符合当地法规。
To conduct inspection to the building as per schedule and advise of conditions which might affect the operation of the Resort as well as any potential safety hazards.
有计划的开展饭店设施检查工作，当发现有安全隐患或设施存在问题有可能影响正常运作时必须及时上报。
