DUTIES 工作职责
- Interacts with restaurant guests and maintains high quality service standards
与餐厅客人互动,保持高质量的服务标准。
- Motivates and maintains a high level of team spirit/team cohesiveness

- Handles guest complaints effectively and efficiently
有效地处理客人投诉。
- Consistently looking to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owners perspective
从同事、客人和业主的角度,不断寻求提高满意度。
- Supports the daily operation in collaboration with the Service Manager. Working on such things as monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc.
与服务经理协作支持日常运营。负责月度预测、周计划、餐厅盈利评估等工作。
- Takes responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including music, decor etc.
与服务经理合作,负责运营外观,包括音乐,装饰等。- 确保餐饮部香宫的顺利运营,令客人感到喜出望外。
REQUIREMENTS 工作要求
- Loves to interact with guests and customers

- Believes in teamwork

- Communicates with fluency in English as well as the local language
能用流利的英语和当地语言进行沟通。
- Has basic computer skills as well as a good understanding of finance and management

- Preferably has either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
