Ensure timely reporting of Daily Food and Beverage Sales Reports to compare month to date sales.
Ensure timely reporting of Daily Food and Beverage Cost Report Employee meals etc, for management reporting purposes.
Perform analysis of problem areas as reflected on Food and Beverage Cost reports and to recommend ways of solving potential problems.
Perform spot checks on procedures of purchasing, receiving and issuing of inventory.
Supervise month end physical stock taking to ensure that proper procedures are followed as well as conduct month-end closing procedure to consolidate business performance for the month.
Prepare month-end food and beverage cost reconciliation report by the 8th of the following month.
Check all physical stocktaking reports and investigate significant discrepancies.
Ensure that all store requisitions are processed and are correctly and completely posted to the computer system.
Maintain Sales and Cost information details (not limited to F&B operation) for preparation of analysis or special reports requested by the Management.
Check unit price in system and compare with the marketing price.
Prepare to assist the restaurant to find out the cause of cost anomalies
Prepare Beverage slowmoving items report
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Department Manager.
