Be aware of the department business plan, and actively involved in the cost effective control of the department MEP/Operations and Maintenance, contract services and spares parts inventory.

Monitor plant operation and utility consumption and encourage energy conservation.

Assist with the development of preventative maintenance programs, and building automatic control systems.

Be aware of statutory legislation relating to Life Safety and Occupational Health and Safety.
关注了解与生命安全和职业健康有关的法律法规。
Assist with regular inspection schedules and testing of Life Safety and fire protection     equipment.
协助制定常规检测时间表，并对生命安全设备和防火设备进行检查。
Check daily logs of pressures, temperatures, amperes, and other required variables of all A/C & Refrigeration machinery as stipulated in log sheets or otherwise required.
按照要求每天检查空调和冰箱的气压、温度、电量以及其他各种要求的数据。
Ensure that Cold Rooms and Freezers, Ice makers, Chillers are cleaned on a regular basis.
确保冷藏室、制冰机和冷却机器按照常规要求清理完毕。
Check and maintain panel boards, control circuits, carries out regular preventive maintenance as specified on all main and sub panels, control circuit wiring, breakers, etc.
检查并维修控制面板、控制电路，完成指定的主要线路、面板、控制线路、断路器等的常规预防性养护。
Maintain a constant check on all electrical equipment for proper functioning, safety        requirements, repair and maintenance.
对所有的电气设备进行检查，确保其功能正常、安全。
Oversee the servicing of plumbing defects such as gas leaks, steam leaks, water leaks, clogged drain lines and traps.
检查所有的管道缺陷，如漏气、整齐泄露、漏水和管道堵塞等。 Qualifications & Skills Essential:资格和技能要求：
College or technical school major in electrical
大、中专学历电学或相关专业
At least 5 years engineering management experience
五年以上工程管理经验
High degree of creative ability to solve problems, engineering and management skills, as well as ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
