·Fully responsible for the daily operational management of the Rooms Division, including Front Office and Housekeeping.
全面负责房务部（包括前厅部和客房部）的日常运营管理。

·Develop and implement the annual budget, revenue targets, and cost control plans for the Rooms Division.
制定并实施房务部的年度预算、收入目标及成本控制计划。

·Establish and improve standard operating procedures and service standards for the Rooms Division, continuously enhancing service quality.
建立并完善房务部的标准操作流程和服务标准，持续提升服务质量。      

·Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance, and facility conditions to ensure brand standard compliance.
定期检查客房及公共区域的清洁度、维护状况和设施情况，确保符合品牌标准。

·Responsible for formulating the strategic planning and annual business plan for the Rooms Division, driving continuous departmental development.
负责制定房务部的战略规划及年度业务计划，推动部门持续发展。        

·A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director of Rooms at a luxury hotel, with proven experience in hotel rebranding or pre-opening projects.
至少3年豪华酒店房务总监工作经验，并具备酒店品牌重塑或筹备开业项目的成功经验。        

·Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
具备领导、激励和发展多元化团队的成功能力，能够培养追求卓越服务和持续改进的文化。        

·Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
注重细节，坚定致力于维持清洁、安全及服务质量的最高标准。        

·Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, complemented by a creative flair.
具备出色的中英文书面及口头沟通能力，并富有创造力。
