·Develop, implement, and continuously refine revenue strategies to optimize total hotel performance.
制定、执行并持续优化收益策略，以提升酒店整体业绩。


·Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and economic indicators to derive insight-led strategies that maximize profitability and market share.
分析市场趋势、竞争定位及经济指标，制定以洞察驱动的策略，实现利润与市场份额最大化。


·Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overarching business goals.
与销售、市场及运营团队协作，使收益策略与整体业务目标保持一致。


·Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including RevPAR, RGI, occupancy, and ADR to adjust strategies in response to market changes.
监控并分析 RevPAR、RGI、入住率及平均房价等关键绩效指标，根据市场变化及时调整策略。


·Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and take proactive measures to enhance profitability.
评估促销活动的效果，并主动采取措施提升盈利能力。


·A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Director of Revenue Management a luxury hotel, with proven experience in hotel rebranding or pre-opening projects.
至少3年奢华酒店收益总监经验，并具备酒店品牌重塑或筹备开业的实操经验。


·Strong data analytics skills — able to break down complex data and identify trends.
具备出色的数据分析能力——能够拆解复杂数据并识别趋势。


·Proficient in business analysis; able to interpret RevPAR, RGI, occupancy, and ADR, and make commercial decisions based on them.
精通商业分析，能够解读RevPAR、RGI、入住率及平均房价，并据此做出商业决策。


·Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
