1. Log down pressures, temperatures, amperes, and other required variables of all A/C & Refrigeration machinery as stipulated in log sheets or as otherwise required to ensure the proper operation of the equipment.
记录压力,温度,安培以及其他有关空调和冷冻机械的设备的相关数据在值班日志上,确保设备的正常运行
2. Attends to the repair, routine maintenance and preventative maintenance of refrigeration equipment such as Chillers, Walk in Fridge/Freezer rooms and any other commercial or industrial equipment in the Hotel.
维修,日常保养以及预防性维修保养冷冻设备,例如冷却器,步入式冰柜以及酒店内其他商业的或工业设备.
3. Ensure all air-conditioned areas, cold rooms and freezer rooms are operating at optimum efficiency and that heat exchange surfaces are clean.
确保所有空调区域,冷藏室以及冷冻室的正常运行,热交换器表面的整洁.
4. Monitors and records performance of HVAC equipment and systems by help of regulated log sheet.
监管以及记录空调通风设备以及系统的相关运行数据
5. Attends to the maintenance of Air Handling Units, Primary Air Units and Fan Coil Units.
维修保养空调设备,空调主机以及风机盘管
6. Carries out weekly preventative maintenance in accordance to the recommended instructions and records in detail the work executed and materials used.
参加每周的预防性维修保养项目,提出知道,记录工作细节以及材料的使用
7. Advises improvements to the present operation or system in order to optimise the economic operating efficiency of the said system.
对目前运行的系统提出改进的建议,提高设备效率
8. Ensures that filters, cooling/heating coils and strainers are free from dirt and that condensate drains are free flowing.
确保过滤器,盘管以及滤网的整洁,冷凝水管的畅通
9. Regularly check that operating valves are free running and greased.
定期检查操纵阀
10. To ensure that sufficient appropriate spares and materials are available at all times to enable smooth continuity of work.
