Ensure that report for duty in the outlet with correct uniform in a timely manner.
确保按时到岗，正确的穿着制服

Ensuring that Jazz Bar maintains a first class and positive visual impact including; ambiance, cleanliness, orderliness, décor and service flows.
确保整个部门和其职能保持一流的品质和良好的视觉效果，其中包括：环境气氛，整洁，有序，装饰和服务流程

Handle customer comments and complaints and take swift corrective action to resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction.
处理客户意见和投诉，迅速采取纠正措施来解决问题从而达到客人的满意

Working with the teams to create new ideas and promotions resulting in increased opportunities for Food & Beverage Sales.
与团队共同合作开发新的想法和促销活动，为餐饮部的销售额带来新的增长机会

Working with the kitchen and colleague to ensure and promote that teamwork is a strong component of the daily service culture.
与厨房和同事共同协作，确保所有餐饮服务达到或超过宾客期望

Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all guests and colleagues.
确保为所有客人和同事提供一个安全和健康的工作环境

Conducts daily briefing and monthly communication meetings.
参加每日例会，每月进行沟通会议

Entirely familiar with items inside drink list as well as some basic information and special event from each outlet in hotel.
要完全掌握所在部门的菜单和酒单的信息和酒店所进行的特别的促销活动及各个餐厅营运的基本信息

Checking of expiry dates and non-dated products on a daily basis. Make sure that all open food and beverage items are dated and covered.
确保每日检查一遍产品的有效期及是否有过期产品，确保所有开包的食品和饮品有时间记录并在保质期内

Control stocks for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirement are met.
控制库存量来满足费尔蒙酒店服务标准需求

Responsible for receiving beverage everyday.
负责每日领取酒水饮料

Checking and setting up bar and relevant equipment, bottles displayed orderly and tidily, fully preparing for hand over to the next shift.
检查并布置酒吧和相关设备，将酒瓶放置到合适的位置，充分做好工作交班准备

Ordering for guests and offering drinks service in terms of SOP.
接受客人点单，并按工作标准和服务程序向客人提供酒水服务

Making and providing drinks strictly in accordance with drinks standard.
严格按照酒水标准制作和提供饮品

Mastering beverage knowledge and actively promoting.
掌握酒单及酒水的基本信息，积极推销酒水

Proficient in using all bar equipment.
懂得使用酒吧内的所有设备

Monitoring refrigeration equipments and report to engineering if any matter is found.
监督制冷设备和电冰箱，如果出现任何问题，必须及时汇报给技术服务部门

Controlling beverage wasting and loss to reduce cost.
控制产品浪费和损坏，从而保持最低的运营成本
Closing bar after business and filling in the daily inventory.
每日营业结束后完成收档工作，并进行每日酒水盘点

Answering inquiry from guests, collecting guests’ suggestions, complaints and report to superior.
回答客人的各种询问，收集客人的意见和投诉，并及时向上级汇报

Checking bills for guests in accordance with Fairmont standard.
严格按照费尔蒙的结账标准为客人买单

Actively participating in relevant training and making progress in skills and expertise.
积极参加培训，提高专业知识和操作技能

Fully aware of the policy and system for fire safety.
完全了解并遵循酒店在消防安全方面的政策和制度

Reports suspicious people, parcels, and behaviours to Security.
报告可疑的人，包裹，以及和安保有关的行为
