SCOPE范围
This position is responsible for managingall local computer technology and services in the Hotel which can include, butis not limited to: networks, hardware, operating systems, anti-virus, internetaccess and all related systems, office automation and email systems,departmental systems for front office, back office, sales & catering,personnel, spa, and other network based software supporting these systems;network security and compliance; where not the responsibility of the Engineeringdepartment, cabling, access control system, voice and guest technologies.

All IT Systems are running smoothly in thehotel and the IT function is acting in a proactive manner rather than reactive.

IT is driving efficiencies in the use ofapplications enabling the other departments to successfully complete theirtasks.

The hotel has an acceptable level of PCIcompliance.

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES 主要责任
First point of contact for all computerrelated issues within the hotel. 
第一时间了解酒店内的所有于电脑相关问题。
Solves technical or operational problems asreported by the users.
解决所有用户报告的技术或操作问题。   
Ensures that equipment is in proper workingorder and application performance is optimized
确保设备处于正常的工作状态和对应用程序的性能进行了优化。
Ensure that all 24/7 systems (i.e. frontoffice, point of sale, email and internet) are monitored and that technicalservice is available any time.

Ensure that backups are performed andchecked on a regular basis.

Ensure that hotel network, systems and datais secured from unwanted intrusion and in line with stated Kempinski standardsand rules and regulations given by law.

Follow Kempinski policies as they relate tothe security and operation of the computer systems.

Update all computer systems with the latestsecurity patches to minimize internal and external access security risks.

Coordinate the installation of all newapplications or upgrades of existing applications.

Provide advice to better expedite accessand to improve the use of information in the Hotel.

Work within all pre-set budgetary limits.
