SCOPE岗位概述
Ensure the normal operation of the boilers forproviding steam and hot water sufficiently and qualification. Monitor systemwith all distribution devices in working. Familiar with the standards and policies of hotel engineering.  Assist the engineer on duty to completerepairs or assign work.
确保锅炉房蒸汽热水管道系统及其配电装置正常运行,熟悉酒店工程的标准和政策, 保证蒸汽质量和热水质量，每班完成水质化验工作，并确保水质合格, 协助值班工程师完成报修或指定工作。

The incumbent in this position is responsible for keeping mechanicalequipments in good condition by providing day to day maintenance .

The job of  boiler  is executed satisfactorily when:

 Finished  the daily maintenance work .

Record the boiler operationdata.

Make the steam pipe workproperly
确保蒸汽管道正常运行。

Main responsibilities 主要职责
Ensure that the boiler room steam and hot waterpiping system and its power distribution devices are in normal operation.
确保锅炉房蒸汽热水管道系统及其配电装置正常运行。
Guarantee the quality of steam and hot water,complete the water quality test for each shift, and ensure that the waterquality is qualified. 
保证蒸汽质量和热水质量，每班完成水质化验工作，并确保水质合格。

准确记录、保管设备运行记录表，及时向上级主管汇报工作中发现的问题。
Assist the engineer on duty to complete the repairreport or designated work;
协助值班工程师完成报修或指定工作；
Strictly carry out safety production with superviseand implement the standard policy and procedure.
严格执行、监督部门的安全生产、安全操作规程等相关程序。
Operate the boiler and record the daily boiler  data.
操作锅炉并记录每日锅炉数据。
To carry out the maintenance plan of  boilers . 
执行锅炉维护计划。
Record daily energy consumption data.
记录每日能耗数据；
Repair the boiler operation problem.
处理锅炉运行问题；
Repair the broken stem pipe of hotel
修复酒店破损的蒸汽管道；
Record the hot water temperature.
记录热水温度；
Accident prevention andmaintenance work safety.
开展事故预防与维护安全工作。
Keep grooming match withstandard.
根据饭店及品牌标准保持个人仪容仪表。
Conduct health regulation,safety policy.
