须有国际品牌同等职位2年以上及本地工作经验：
1、建立并完善酒店人力资源管理体系，制定和完善人力资源管理制度；
2、向酒店决策层提供人力资源、组织机构等方面的建议；提高酒店内部综合管理水平和对外服务水平，有效控制人力资源成本；
3、处理酒店发展过程中的重大人力资源问题，指导运营部门合理人才配置及选、育、留、用。
