1.负责打扫员工宿舍公共区域卫生
2.查房及清点人数
3.员工入离职时宿舍床上用品发放及收取登记
4.负责宿舍所有财产、家具、设备设施的数量、质量管理工作，做好每月水电能耗核算
5.其他上级布置的任务
