餐饮部粗加工/员工食堂水台
【岗位职责】
1、负责食材的初步处理，包括清洗、切割、分装等工作
2、按照标准操作流程进行食材预处理，确保食品安全卫生
3、维护工作区域的清洁与消毒，保持操作台整洁有序
4、协助厨师完成备餐工作，确保食材供应及时
5、定期检查食材质量，及时处理不合格原料
6、员工餐厅服务工作
【岗位要求】
1、接受两头班
2、具备基础食材处理知识者优先
3、工作细致认真，有责任心
4、遵守厨房卫生安全规范
5、具备团队合作意识，服从工作安排
年龄要求：20-55岁
