1、协助经理开展西餐厅日常运营管理，确保服务质量与标准
2、督导员工工作表现，提供培训指导
3、处理客人投诉与特殊需求，提升满意度
4、协调厨房与餐厅工作，优化服务流程
5、管理餐厅物资与设备，控制运营成本
【岗位要求】
1、具备西餐厅服务或管理经验优先
2、熟悉西餐礼仪与服务流程
3、良好的沟通协调与团队管理能力
4、能适应早晚班及节假日工作
5、工作细致负责，具备较强应变能力
需具备基础管理能力，有员工带教经验
