·Participates in the development of Human Resources strategies which are aligned with the overall objectives of the Hotel
·Develops and implements strategies for Department
·Monitors status regularly and adjusts strategies as appropriate
·Develops and implements training plans which are aligned with the Hotel’s business strategies
·Deliver all brand customer service and quality standards training to all members of the team;
·Communicate to talent all corporate diversity programs such as RiiSE and He For She and support through active participation in any associated activities.
·Coordinate functions and activities with other departments.
·College or above, certificate or diploma in hospitality.
·3 years of experience in a similar field.
·Knowledge and experience of associated computer applications.
·Fluent in the Native language and English.
·With strong capability of communication, coordination and management
·Familiar with the relevant labor laws，regulations or policies of the national and the city.
·Honest and fair in handling things, and good at communication with talent
·Well complete each work task designated at the above Job Responsibility
