岗位职责/职位描述

岗位职责:

·Responsible for the Entire HACCP& HFSMS program.

负责整个酒店的食品安全管理体系。

·Responsible for training to all our culinary and F&B staff

负责培训厨房和餐饮的所有员工。

·Maintain good communication with internal & external guests & team members

与内外客人和团队成员保持良好的沟通。

·To be on the Floor and look for mal practice daily, to report on a log book for further rectification and training.

每天进行联系,报告记录在日志本上以便做进一步的改正和培训。

·Should have knowledge of fire control and safety

需要掌握火灾控制和安全方面的知识。

·Check and maintain garbage room hygiene up to standard

按照标准检查和维持垃圾房的卫生。

·Check and approve garbage classified method

审阅垃圾分类方法。

·Mentor all Kitchen and Food & Beverage team members’ food safety standards.

指导所有厨房和餐饮团队成员的食品安全标准。

·Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of public and private entities.

具备与各种层次的公共和个人团体联系沟通的能力。

·To supervise F&B outlets strictly for The food safety in terms of operation, To point out immediately if there is any incorrect. 

严格监管F&B各部门的食品安全操作, 及时指出不规范操作。            

·Ensures correct hygienic procedures, monitors log books, hot & cold service holding units to ensure proper food turnover and cleanliness. Takes corrective actions when food does not comply with HACCP standards.

确保正确的卫生程序,监督日志本以及冷热食物的服务,确保适当的食物卫生。当食物没有遵照注危害分析和关键环节控制点的需要时,采取正确的解决方式

·Insist in the department the importance with our FIFO (First in, first out) system and date labelling

遵守先进先出和加日期标签的原则。

·At all times he should keep a good working relationship with other departments and employees to ensure full co-operations and commitment from all.

要随时与各个部门和员工保持良好的工作关系以确保全方位的合作。

·Performs other duties in direct relationship to the department operations in order to assist in maintaining the food safety management system of the hotel.

做一些额外的工作以便更好的维持酒店的食品安全管理体系。
