岗位职责/职位描述

岗位职责:

·Maintain secretary work for the Finance department

处理财务部文秘工作

·Maintain a strict confidentiality of all information and documents. Under no circumstances is such information to be communicated to anyone without the approval of Director of Finance.

对所有文件材料严格保密,未经财务总监批准不得透露任何保密文件。

·Provide secretarial support to the Accounts Dept, translations, typing, filing, take minutes and distribute minutes of the meeting.

为部门提供秘书工作服务,包括翻译、打字、存档、会议记录及文件分发。

·Contribute to the efficiency of the Accounts Department, handle phone calls, take messages, arrange departmental meetings, and handle administration of the accounts department.

提供高质高效的工作,如接听电话、留言、安排部门会议及部门协调工作。

·Follow all hotel policy and procedure pertaining to the Accounts Payable and payment procedures.

根据政策与程序及相关的应付账规定处理工作。

·Assist to complete other job directed by Director of Finance.

协助完成财务总监安排的其它工作。

·Calculate salary at end of each month, make sure the accurate and pay on time

计算每月工资,保证正确及准时支付

·Maintain a strict confidentiality of all talents payroll records. Under no circumstances is this information to be communicated to anyone without the approval of Director of Finance.

对人才工资保密并认真做好记录,在任何情况下没有财务总监的批准不得向任何人说出有关工资的内容。

·Maintain all records relating to the preparation of monthly payroll form Talent &Culture Department.

与人才与文化部协调并准备每月工资记录。

·Check all new talents recruitment record to the payroll system timely.

及时检查新人才入职时间。

·Prepare monthly wage adjustment and report the payroll Journal to General Ledger Supervisor.

准备每月工资费用分析表及向总账主管递交工资分配凭证。

·Pay slip for payments of talent benefits such as retirement fund, housing subsidy, unemployment funds and other statutory talent benefits.

准备每位人才工资明细表,如:退休金、住房公积金、失业保险及其他福利。

岗位要求:

·Minimum 2 year general accounting experience, preferably in a five star hotel

最少2年五星级酒店会计工作经验

·Strong oral and written communication skills,preferably in both Chinese and English

流利地使用中英文书写及口语沟通能力,

·A good understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, general accounting principles and practice.

对会计账目管理工作有良好的理解

·Analytical skills

专业的财务分析技能

·Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software)

电脑操作技能

·Language skills according to the hotel needs

根据酒店需要学习特殊的语言技能

·A good understanding of operational controls, secretary /accounting principles and practice.

对秘书工作有良好的理解以及综合的会计技能

·A good understanding of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, general assets/accounting principles and practice.

对资产管理工作有良好的理解及拥有资产管理/会计技能
