岗位职责/职位描述

岗位职责:

·To issue and re-order stock and to ensure that no goods leave the storeroom without a proper authorized store requisition.

添购所需存货,严格按照相关程序和规定办理货物出入库手续,未见有效的授权领料单,不得发货。

·To post on the stock system all movements of goods in and out of stores in a timely and accurate manner.

在电脑系统中及时准确地记录货物出入库情况

·To conduct routine physical inventory checks follow up of all pending purchase requisitions with the purchaser to ensure the timely replenishment of depleted stocks in accordance with the par levels defined by Management.

进行常规实物盘点及及同采购人员一起跟踪未到货项目,根据上级管理部门制定的最高/最低库存水平及时补充已消耗的存货。

·To prevent loss, spoilage and breakage by careful monitoring of the expiry date of perishable items, monitoring the slow moving items and keeping the store clean and tidy at all times.

认真检查易腐蚀品的保质期,拒绝一切受损坏,变质和过期产品入库,定期或不定期检查滞销品的情况,保持仓库的干净整洁。

·Preparation of the Receiving Record, the Receiving Report and the Daily Summary Receiving, Report as well as Slow Moving Item Report and any other reports as required by Hotel Management.

负责制作相关文件和单据,包括货物收货记录,收货报表,每日收货汇总表以及滞销项目报告等。

岗位要求:

·Strong oral and written communication skills.

最少1年五星级酒店收货/会计工作经验。

·A good understanding of storekeeping/accounting principles and practice.

对仓库管理工作有良好的理解以及综合的仓库管理/会计技能。

·Analytical skills.

专业的财务技术技能。

·Must be familiar with Excel and Microsoft Word with MC.

能熟练操作Excel / Word与MC。

·Language skills according to the hotel needs.

根据酒店需要学习特殊的语言技能。
