岗位职责
1、Assist the head of the computer department to formulate the planning leadership power of the hotel computer management system;

协助电脑部主管制定饭店电脑管理系统的计划领导权力；
2、Assist the head of the computer department in assessing the computer operations of computer operators and various departments;

协助电脑部主管考核电脑运营员和各部门的电脑操作；
3、Assist the head of the computer department to put forward corresponding handling opinions on the person responsible for the equipment accident;

协助电脑部主管对造成设备事故的责任者提出相应的处理意见；
4、Participate in the computer room on duty, regularly inspect the operation of the equipment inside and outside the computer room, and deal with the management scope of various faults in the equipment inside and outside the computer room in time;

参加电脑机房值班，定时巡视机房内外设备运转情况，及时处理机房内外设备所发生的各种故障管理范围；
5、The basic maintenance of the hotel network system;

酒店网络系统的基本维护；
6、Software and hardware maintenance and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals in various departments;

各部门电脑系统及外设的软硬件维护和保养；
7、Daily maintenance of hotel management system PROTEL, restaurant collection system EVS, telephone billing management system, and financial system UFIDA.

酒店管理系统PROTEL，餐厅收款系统EVS，电话计费管理系统，财务系统用友的日常维护。
岗位要求
1、Proficient in computer expertise, with basic knowledge of hotel management systems.

精通计算机专业知识，具备饭店管理系统的基本知识。
2、Have a certain level of English reading ability.

有一定的英语阅读能力。
3、It can independently solve various problems that occur in daily computer systems.

能独立解决日常电脑系统出现的各种问题。
4、Able to carry out daily maintenance of equipment.Be responsible for the work and ensure the normal operation of the computer system.

能进行设备的日常维护。对工作认真负责，保证电脑系统的正常运行。
5、Have a certain organization, management and coordination ability.

具有一定的组织管理协调能力。
