岗位职责：

1•Verify the amounts are correct and allot the cost to concerned outlets. Input to the cost control system and prepare reports at the month-end. Supervise costing clerk.
审核数据是否正确，然后分配到每个部门。输入成本系统及编制月报表。管理成本文员。
2• To evaluate standard recipe and determine its potential cost.
根据预算的标准来决定成本潜在价值。
3• To advise the Cost Controller of food and beverage costs.
协助成本控制经理控制酒店的成本。
4• To check Store and Receiving to ensure the control policies and procedures are followed. Ensure proper record keeping of inventories.
检查仓库和收货部确保其部门按照政策程序工作。
5• To be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other duties as designated by higher management.
当被更高管理层指定履行任何其它职责时，应随时准备好并负责履行该等职责。

任职要求：

1• Secondary school degree or above.
中专专或以上学历。

2• 2 years or above experience in related work. in the area of recruitment at 4 or 5 star international hotels.
两年以上国际品牌酒店相关工作的经验。

3• Fluent oral and written English.
有良好的英语能力。
4• With capability of communication and coordination.
有较强的沟通协调和管理能力。
5• Work honestly with strong responsibility, fairly handle matters.
工作认真负责，作风正派，处事公正，有良好的素质。
6• Well complete each work task designated at the above Job Responsibility.
能较好完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务。
