Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1.Calculate social insurance, and communicate with labor bureau.
负责社会保险的核算，做好向社保局的咨询工作。
2.Calculate Housing Fund & communicate with Housing Fund center.
负责住房公积金的核算，做好向住房公积金统筹办的咨询工作。
3.Collects all government pension & medical insurance policy and keep good communication with top management.
注意收集政府有关社会统筹和医疗保险的政策，与相关管理人员保持良好的关系。
4.Talent service: personal file transfer & communication with labor office or other relevant Talent & Culture Centres.
对人才的服务：做好与劳动厅或人才交流中心等相关部门的人事档案交流工作。
5.Follow up employment contract review
做好人才合同的跟踪。
6.Prepare employment contract for renewal.
准备续签合同。
7.Prepare feedback letter for non-renewal of employment contracts.
不需再续签合同的，准备回复信。
8.Assist in the routine function of Personnel Administration, talent time recording, as well as talent services and talent activities.
协助日常人事管理工作，并协助办理人才福利和组织人才活动。
9.To complete the annual working hours system approval.
每年完成工时制审批工作。
10.Perform other function as assigned.
完成其它分配的任务。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1.Fluent written English, and can communicate orally
英语书面语流利，口语可以交流
2.Good computer skills
良好的电脑技能
3.2 years supervisory experience in HR， 1 year HR experience in hotel industry, be familiar with hotel Personnel daily work procedure
二年以上人事管理工作经验，一年以上酒店行业人力资源部工作经验，熟悉酒店业人事方面日常工作的操作程序
4.Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability.
能独立完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务,并具有良好的沟通及协调能力
5.Work earnestly, responsibly and carefully
