Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1.Maintains excellent grooming standards at all time.

2.In absence of manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.

3.Prepares, cooks, serves and stores the following dishes.

4.Appetizers, savories.

5.Produces hot and cold sauces for menu items ensuring consistency.

6.Eggs, vegetables, fruit, rice and farinaceous dishes.

7.Poultry and game dishes.

8.Meat dishes，carving station.

13.Maintain a hygienic kitchen according to HACCP.

14.Provides direction to the kitchen helpers, including commis, cooks, kitchen attendants and stewards.

Knowledge and Experience知识与经验
1.2-3 years as Chinese Kitchen Chef de Partie in 4/5 Star category Hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.
2-3年厨房经验在四/五星级酒店的咖啡厅或很高级别的个体餐厅
2.Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications.
能熟练操作计算机尤其是微软应用程序者。
3.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
能够在节奏快、压力大的环境下出色地完成工作。
4.Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
能够作为团队的一员协调工作。
5.Retail or customer interaction experience.
具有销售/对客服务经验。
6.Food and /or beverage knowledge (personal interest/ professional).

7.Interpersonal skills – communicates easily/openly.

8.Reliable and consistent.
