Primary Responsibilities主要职责
1· Abide to regulation concerned strictly, makemaintenance of equipment on hotel kitchen, laundry, water supply system,air-conditioning &cooling system, fire waterproof system.
严格遵守酒店规章制度,做好厨房设备、洗衣房设备、给排水系统、空调通排风及所有制冷设备、泳池机房设备、消防水系统维修保养工作
2· Ensures punctual attendance and adherence to dutyschedules by all staff.
确保按时出勤并使所有下属都遵照值班表工作,根据总监要求巡查有关重要机房及公共区域
3· Ensures that personal grooming and hygienestandards are being observed by doing spot checks in the morning
通过早上随时抽查,确保员工仪表卫生良好
4· Ensures all engineering employees follow theEngineering Standards and Procedures as issued from time to time
确保所有工程部员工遵循不定期发出的工程标准及程序
5· Responsible to issues warnings to his subordinatesfor infringements of Hotel Rules and Regulations
负责向违反酒店规章的下级员工发警告单
6· Responsible for the proper organization andfunctioning of the energy management function
负责(能源消耗、日常维修、预防性保养以及相关的合同签订等)部门能源管理功能的适当的组织及实施
7· Supports and initiate programs for the improvementprocedures and the reduction of energy and utility costs
支持并发起完善程序及降低能耗成本的方案
8· Analyses and monitors energy costs and expendituresfor the department
分析并监督部门能源成本及费用
9· Maintains an equipment and machinery record systemfor the property
保留酒店设备及机器记录
10· Recommends to the Assistant Chief Engineer or duty engineer(M&E)new policies and procedures for a more economical operation andmaintenance program
向机电工程师或副总监建议新政策及程序以获取更经济的运营及维修保养方案
11· Interacts and cooperates with Hotel guests andoutside contractors as directed by his superior
按其上级指令与酒店客人及外包商进行互动与协商
12· Cooperates and communicates with other sections inthe Engineering department
与工程部内部的其它小组进行合作及交流
13· Interacts and cooperates with other departmentswhen necessary to provide additional or specialized services for functions,promotions and festivities
如有必要与其它部门进行互动及合作,为宴会、促销及活动提供额外及特殊服务。
14· Assists in Engineering contract analysis
协助工程部合同分析
15· Assists every concerned technician with maintenanceand repair when required and carry out trainings on rules, regulations,operation standards etc. for the subordinates
带领各工种进行维修保养工作,对所属员工做好行为准则技能操作规范等的培训
16· Prepares on-duty Log and conducts shift briefingsto ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
作好当班记录,进行交班情况说明以确保酒店情况及运营要求被告知给接班人。
17· Accomplish other tasks from superior leaders,get along with colleagues
完成领导交办的其它工作任务,与同事友好相处。
Knowledge andExperience知识与经验
1· Minimum 5 years as project manage or duty engineer onM&E maintenance at an upscale luxury brand, 5-star hotel or resortproperty within China for three years.
有五年以上酒店工程工作经验,并具备三年以上饭店工程管理与机电维修资历。
2· Know the standard of M&E installation, Havecertain knowledge of electrician, mechanical assembly technology and commonsense of equipment maintenance
了解电气安装验收标准,具备一定的强弱电知识、机械装配技术及设备检修常识.
3· Able to read and draw construction diagrams and theprinciple diagram of electric control,
能看懂并绘制电气控制原理图、施工图.
4· Able to deal with emergency problems in electricalsystem with related person
对机电系统发生的故障及存在问题,能够迅速准确地做出判断并组织有关人员进行处理
5· Adheres to Fairmont Hotels Group Corporate Code ofConduct, Employee Handbook and Hotel policies
遵守费尔蒙酒店集团行为准则、员工手册及酒店政策
6· Education: Major in engineering ,college diploma orabove
文化程度:工程技术专业,中专以上学历。
