Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
1· Responsible for an adequate supply of uniforms and all store items, in good condition at all times.
确保制服以及所有仓储物品充足供应， 并保存完好。
2· Keep accurate and update record for item kept in stores, such as uniform, shoes and socks.
对保存在仓库里的物品，如制服，工鞋以及袜子进行精确的登记并依变化不断更新记录。
3· Control and maintain proper record of issuing uniforms, shoes, and stockings so to new associates.
控制新员工制服，工鞋及长短袜的发放工作， 并保存记录。
4· Supervise daily issues and repairs of all uniforms.
监督好每日制服发放及修补工作。
5· Check the quality and quantity of all incoming uniforms to ensure that the standards required are met.
检查所有收进来的制服质量和数量是否符合要求。
6· Control and sort out stained/damaged uniforms to determine possible alterations , special stain removal or discard.
整理被污损或有破损的制服，决定补救的办法，特殊污渍的去除或者丢弃。
7· Prepare monthly duty schedule and keep record attendance.
准备月度考勤表， 并保存病假和年假记录。
8· Responsible for monthly inventory of uniform and submits report to the Executive Housekeeper & Laundry Manager.
负责每月制服盘点，并报告给行政管家和洗衣房经理。
9· Ensure Lost & Found procedures are strictly followed.
确保依照失物招领程序办事。
10· Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service, by reporting guest comments.
通过汇总客人的意见,寻找机会不断提高对客服务。
11· Ensure all the guest requests are follow up promptly.
确保所有客人的需求得到及时的跟进。
12· Supervise work operations of the unit.
监督部门的工作运作情况。
13· Prevent and resolve grievances.
避免和调解抱怨。
14· Resolve disputes.
解决争端。
15· Discipline staff when necessary.
约束员工遵守纪律。
16· Ensure that safe working practices are followed including emergency procedures
确保在紧急程序下进行安全操作
17· Participate in departmental leadership activities as a member of the team

18· Maintain levels of confidentiality and discretion for guests

19· Develop own knowledge and skills as a contributing member of the Housekeeping team

20· Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same.

21· Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.

22· Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.

Knowledge and Experience 知识与经验
1· Least 4 years working experience in hotel laundry room

2· Experience in the same position in 5star hotel 2 years
五星级酒店相关职位2年以上
3· Have uniform room operation and management experience

4· Effective communication skills between colleagues
