Main Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Implements all sales action plans related to the respective market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the Marketing plan.

2. Actively participates in achieving the departmental goals which contribute to the marketing budget.

3. Closely monitors accounts revenue and business production for M.I.C.E. accounts.
紧密的跟进所负责的客户的收入产量,以及与会务团队相关的生意。
4. Maximizes up-selling opportunities whenever possible.

5. Assists the DOS-MICE in the forecasting of MICE rooms’ revenue
协助团队销售总监预测未来会议会展房间的收入。
6. Attends major travel functions and promotional events (i.e. trade shows) and promotes sales (rooms, catering, and other facilities and services) for the hotel.
参与主要的旅行社和会议的活动并促进酒店销售(房间,宴会,服务以及其他设施)。
7. Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of DOS-MICE or DOSM to major market areas, calling on accounts within the specific market areas. Reports to Director of Sales-MICE on potential markets needing coverage.

8. Get known all information of competitors, such as rate, top accounts and production, room, F&B and events, and report to Director of Sales-MICE regularly.
了解并熟悉竞争对手的所有产品信息,包括公司协议价、主要客户及其产量、酒店客房、餐饮、会务等,并定期向团队销售总监汇报。
9. Work together and close communication with Room, event Sales Team to keeps updated with client relationships and overall business goals through regular entertainment and some activation.
与客房、宴会销售紧密沟通并协同工作,通过定期的酒店招待、宴请及举办主题活动来全面地保持好客户关系。
10. To meet and welcome some top key accounts, group organizer and VIP guests upon check-in.
在主要客户、团队负责人及贵宾到店时接待或入住酒店。
11. Take responsibility to conduct hotel inspection for all MICE clients and plan next step for future follow.
负责所有会议会展客户参观酒店并制定后期跟进计划。
12. To negotiate with accounts on banquet, meeting, outside catering events and follow-up revisions.
与客户洽谈所有相关团队、会议、户外活动等,并签订协议。跟进具体在店活动。
13. Develops increased room nights as well as Banquet revenue.
拓展增加住房产量,并同时增加宴会收入。
14. Maintains close communication with account in the negotiation process.
在与客户沟通及谈判过程中,保持客户的及时沟通。
15. The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.

16. Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
1. University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.

2. Minimum 3years experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.

3. Sound communication skills.
