BASIC SKILLS基本技能
· Participate in the planning and costing of menus.

· Develop and write standard recipes.

· Ensure that outstanding culinary technical skills are maintained.

· Assist with organizing special events and special food promotions.

· Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including ingredients, equipment, suppliers, markets, and current trends and make recommendations for appropriate adjustments to kitchen operations accordingly.
确保全面了解的产品知识不仅包括食品成分、设备、供应商、市场、当前动向提出一些适当的建议因此对厨房的运作可以作出相应的调整。
· Maintain a hygienic and cleanliness of kitchen.

·  Works with superior and Talent & Culture Manager to ensure the departmental performance of talent is productive.

· Assists in planning for future talent needs.

· Provides input for probation and formal performance appraisal discussions in line with company guidelines.

· Coaches, counsels and disciplines talent, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.

· Regularly communicates with talent and maintains good relations.

·  Works with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget.
与部门上级通力协作以完成部门预算的准备制定与管理。
· Assists in co-coordinating the preparation of the departmental annual budget.
辅助完成部门年度预算准备工作。
· Controls and monitors departmental costs on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget.
在不断运作基础上监督与控制部门成本。

Knowledge and Experience知识与经验
• Certificate or diploma in hospitality or related field.
具有酒店管理或相关领域的学历/专业证书。
·Minimum of 2 years' experience in the same position in luxury hotel.
至少2年以上奢华酒店同岗位的工作经验
•Have a variety of boiled, fried, stewed, deduction, simmer, stew, steamed, baked, boiling, soup, the dry goods such as cooking techniques.
掌握各种煎、炒、煮、炸、焖、扣、喂、墩、焗、煲、汤及发干货等技术。
• A dynamic and creative individual who brings a vast and varied experience in culinary arts, menu design and food promotions.
