To supervise the Front Desk, Concierge, Executive Club and Guest Services Center and Reservation teams. To ensure that they are adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and standards while striving towards total guest satisfaction. To ensure that the above-mentioned areas are working in a professional manner at all times. Responsible for hiring, training and development of all front office associates, so they are hospitable, outing and guest oriented.
1. College graduate.
2. At least 2 years’ experience in a hotel of international standard.
3. Must be familiar with Front Office operations and minimum 1 year Front Desk Experience.
