岗位职责/职位描述

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和义务

1.  Supervises and participates in the activities of Public Area Attendant engaged in cleaning all public areas except the Kitchen, in accordance with standard procedures and instructions of the Assistant Housekeeper.监督并参与服务员在公共区域的清洁工作(厨房以外),与酒店标准和行政副管家指示的一样。

2. Checks daily function orders; inspects blocked function rooms and other outlets for the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Provides plants when appropriate and as requested by the Banquet Manager to beautify the Function Rooms.检查每天的工作指示;以高标准的要求检查会议室和其他区域。在适当的及由宴会厅经理要求的时候,提供植物花卉,布置宴会厅。

3.Posses a complete knowledge of carpet shampoo, marble polish , maintained , and operation techniques.组建一套完整的关于地毯洗涤,大理石抛光和运行的知识体系。

4. Ensure that all clean machines and tools in good condition and make sure all the hotel area is clean and tidy. 确保酒店所有的区域清洁整洁以及机器设备的正常维护。

5. Control and record chemical consumption and reorder as required.根据需求控制和记录化学药剂的消费量和订购。

6. Assist in maintaining records of stock and equipment.辅助存货和设备的记录。

7. Ensure all guest area cleaning and tidy.确保所有区域的清洁和整洁。

8. Ensures that regular preventive maintenance is carried out and reduce downtime with proper coordination with the maintenance department.通过与工程部进行适当的协调以减少停工期,并确保例行的定期检修得到实施。

9.  Co-ordinates with other department line managers regarding Housekeeping activities in the public areas.与其他部门经理协调客房部在公共区域的工作。

10. Makes record daily of activities, problems, trouble reports and other relevant matters.每天做好工作、出现的问题、困难和其他有关事情的记录。

11. Inspects all garden areas, plants, trees inside and surrounding the hotel ensuring that they are properly maintained as per hotel standard.检查所有的园区,植物和酒店的内外树木,确保它们得到适当的保养。

12. Ensures that all preventive maintenance and general cleaning programmes/schedules are in place and executed accordingly.确保所有的维修保养和大清计划有效进行。

13.Trains staff in maintaining high standard of service and maintenance of all public areas.培训员工保持高标准的服务及对公共区域的维护。

14. Ensures the highest level of safety and security by facilitating effective training programs that delivers a high degree of awareness amongst staff.确保最高水平的安全和保障,促进有效的培训方案,提高员工意识。

15. Checks and maintains that all chemicals are stored and used safely.检查和维护库房所有化学品的库存量和使用安全。

16. Monitor the pests in each area.对各区域的虫害进行监控。

17. Performs other related jobs that may be assigned.履行其他可能被安排的相关任务。

18. Checks daily Function blocking prior to guests’ arrival.在顾客到达前检查每天的负责区域。
