SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB工作范围及目的
Responsible for daily rooms and public area facilities repairing and maintenance
负责每日客房及公共区域设施维修、保养。
MAIN DUTIES主要职责
1. Abide by the procedures and the hotel regulations.
遵守操作规程及酒店规章制度。
2. Responsible for all of the hotel service and maintenance of the wood furniture and walls, metal structure paint renovation.
负责对酒店所有木器家具的维修、保养及墙壁、金属构架的油漆翻新。
3. Responsible for hotel wall paper, ceiling, glass and all sorts of adornment to decorate maintenance for the hotel to hold the activities of production and installation props.
负责对酒店墙纸、天花板、玻璃及各种装饰的装修维修，为酒店举办的各种活动制作和安装道具。
4. Responsible for maintenance and replacing the stick.
负责酒店贴面维修保养和更新。
5. Regular circuit check the range of facilities in good condition, find out problems timely maintenance. 6. Cleaning work-site after complete maintenance work.
维修完毕后清理现场。
7. Complete other work assigned by superior.
完成上级交办的其他工作事项。
8. Competent in the engineering department, under the leadership of the concrete is responsible for the daily inspection room facilities maintenance and repair work inside and outside decoration, auxiliary, quality and guest room in a good rental state.
在工程部主管的领导下，具体负责客房设施的日常检查维护及市内外的装潢工作，保质客房处于良好的出租状态。

每天对客房及公共区域进行巡回检查，对客房设备、设施进行维护、保养，日常零星维修任务及时处理解决。

负责客房内外、天花板、墙壁纸及装潢的维护、修缮。
11. Fill in maintenance records, maintenance material should be detailed registration; Do saving energy and reducing consumption, and management system. Overhaul materials not lying around like that, after maintenance the clear in time, guarantee the kitchen clean sanitation.
认真填写检修记录，检修材料要详细登记；做到节能降耗、修旧利废。检修用料不乱扔乱放，检修完毕及时清理现场，保证厨房清洁卫生。
12. Strictly carry out operation regulations, observe Labor discipline, no absent, warmly and thoughtful, careful service to customers.
严格执行操作规程，遵守劳动纪律，不擅离职守，热情、周到、细致地为用户服务。
13. Strictly obey the rules on Employee Handbook which made by the hotel, love their own work, learn professional knowledge seriously, familiar with equipment performance and system situation, judge fault fast and accurately, deal with rapidly and timely.
严格遵守酒店制定的《员工手册》，热爱本职工作，认真学习专业知识，熟悉设备性能及系统情况，判断故障快速准确，处理迅速及时。
14. The personnel on duty of each shift is responsible for the common material inventory, timely add if you found the inadequate items.
每班的值勤人员负责常用耗材的清点，发现不足要及时补充。
15. Strictly abide by the procedures, the correct use of manual and electric tools, found that the problem adjust repair. Can't repair must report the department manager to all kinds of tools and equipment maintenance and keep it frequently.
严格遵守操作规程，正确使用手动和电动工具，发现问题及时调整修理。不能修复的必须报告部门经理，对各类工具设备做到勤保养和妥善保管。
16. Establishing a strong consciousness about the hotel, civilization maintenance, the hotel is the first, try to not affect the guest when do the work as far as possible, public construction should be added a fence if necessary, in a guest to use such as electric drills impact, strong noise tool, must strictly abide by the time, and shall strictly as planned construction time. 树立强烈的酒店意识，文明维修，酒店至上，工作时尽量不影响客人，公共场所施工必要时加设围栏，在客房使用如冲击电钻等强噪音的工具，必须严格遵守时间规定，严格按计划时间施工。自觉做好施工场地的收尾工作，以保证酒店的环境优美。
17. Man calls or telegraph in time record, maintenance to rapidly, in time, and the maintenance right back to the shift on standby, and fill the maintenance to change a piece.
对来人来电报修及时登记，维修要迅速，及时，维修完立即返回班组待命，并认真填写维修换件。
18. Performs other duties as may be required by his supervisor.

JOB SPECIFICATION职位要求
1. Minimum 1 years’ experience in Engineering
至少1年的工程经验。
2. Interpersonal relationships well.
人际关系好。
3. Knowledgeable in overall operations of the Engineering Department.

4. Familiar with overall operations of the Property management.
