DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
1.      To oversee and ensure the smooth running of
accounting functions, in particular: the timely preparation and release of
monthly financial statements and other related reports and their accuracy that
all balance sheet.负责监督和确保各项会计工作的顺利进行。
2.      To oversee and ensure the smooth running of
Account Receivables, Credit and Cashiering functions, in particular: That all
account receivable balances are bona fide and appropriate actions taken to
collect overdue To regularly organize credit meeting with the participation of
General Manager and all concerned head of department where all debtors’
balances are analyzed To oversee the maintenance of the Account Receivable
sub-ledgers in creating new debtors’ codes or updating credit limits .The
safeguard of all hotel cash and bank assets: to certify all monthly bank and
credit card reconciliation, to ensure that all daily cash and cheque collection
are duly verified and banked-in intact on a daily basis.负责监督和保证应收款，信贷和现金出纳等工作的有效管理和运行。
3.  To oversee and ensure the smooth running of
the overall Cost Control functions, in particular : The actual record and
safeguard of all stocks of the hotel with all variances being justified and
corrected; The strict respect of all control procedures and policies.监督和保证成本控制工作的有效进行。
4.     
To oversee and ensure the smooth running of
the purchasing functions, in particular that all procurement of goods and
services are.done in accordance
with the hotel policies and procedures.监督和保证采购工作的顺利进行，督促各项货物和服务的采购严格遵守酒店的相关政策和程序。
5.     
To oversee and ensure the smooth running of
the overall payroll and general administrative functions, in particular: The
accuracy of payroll calculation and payment; The strict respect of country tax
legislation (preparation and tax filing) .监督和保证薪金和各项行政工作的有效进行。
6.     
To oversee all legal and tax matters related
to the hotel in liaison with consultants and local authorities.监督一切与酒店相关的法律和税务事项，保持与相关部门和当地权利机关的联络。
7.     
To oversee and ensure the smooth running of
the hotel’s computer system..监督和保证酒店电脑系统的正常和有效运行。


8.     
Direct preparation of annual budgets and
monthly forecasts; establish or recommend to management major economic
objectives and policies for the hotel.编制年度预算和月度预测;为酒店制定或推荐重要的经济目标和政策。
9.     
Support General Manager by direct
preparation of monthly and annual reports to summarize and forecast the hotel’s
revenues, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.协助总经理准备月度和年度报告，根据过去、现在和预期的运营情况，总结和预测酒店的收入，费用和收益。
10.  
Ensure compliance with corporate accounting
policies and procedures, legal requirements and contractual obligations,
utilizing internal controls, auditing and security procedures.利用内部控制、审计和安全程序，确保符合相关的政策程序、法律法规和合同条款。
11.  
Ensure the collection of payments in
accordance with company policies.确保按照公司政策收取款项。
12.  
Monitor hotel expenses to stay within budget
guidelines, as well as gather and report financial information to the General
Manager.监督酒店开支，以控制在预算范围内，收集相关的财务报告汇报给总经理。
13.  
Manages performance issues that arise within
the Accounting department, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel,
conduct performance evaluations and resolve problems of departmental team
members and managers.管理财务部的绩效问题，培训、发展、辅导和支持，进行绩效评估，解决部门团队成员和经理的问题。

Is an integral part of the business team,

JOB SPECIFICATION任职要求
1.      College above education majored
in finance management, accounting.财务管理、会计、金融相关专业、大专及以上学历。
2.     
5 years above experience in international hotel Finance
Department, 3 years above hospitality finance management experience. Familiar
with the Uniform system accounting principles.具有4年以上财务负责人,3年以上同等星级及以上财务岗位工作经验，熟悉酒店财务管理模式。
3.     
Master the Accounting, Finance, Tax related laws&
Principles.通晓财务、会计、金融、税务知识、掌握法律相关知识，具备基本计算机应用知识。
4.     
Good computer skills, familiar with the operation of Sun,
Vision ,Opera ,Micros, HRMS, MC.熟练运用会计电算化，熟练使用Sun ,vision，Opera, HRMS, MC等软件。
5.      Good team work spirit,
communication skills, analyst ability and work under pressures with royalty. 良好的团队领导力、协作能力，优秀的沟通、分析能力，及在压力下工作能力，对企业忠诚度高。
6.      A strong understanding of hotel
operations and administration to include, budgeting, forecasting, taxation and
government regulations.对酒店运营和管理有很强的了解，包括预算，预测，税收和政府法规。
7.      Ability to study, analyze and
interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new
