岗位职责
1、负责规划公司的市场发展策略，把握公司在行业中的发展方向，完成公司在行业中的市场定位，及时提供市场反馈并对公司的市场操作计划不断优化与完善；
2、通过各种市场推广手段完成既定的品牌营销目标，对营销预期目标及实际效果负责；
3、通过公共关系和推广活动以实现和促进酒店品牌、市场定位及活动的本地化，全国化及国际化，协调各类媒体资源，建立有效的媒介传播手段等；
4、监督带领所有酒店公关活动，并确保所有的日报,每周和每月的任务及时完成；5、根据酒店管理层的战略要求，通过有效的网络渠道及所有的媒体资源，启动、创造和发现酒店活动促销机会；
6、根据酒店所有推广活动和会议的时间要求，负责准备所有在线推广及媒体推广的所有宣传设计和拍摄；
7、根据酒店要求及时间期限，发展和负责所有的公共关系活动，宣传材料的制作，媒体宣传内容及安排新闻媒体报道。
岗位要求
1、市场营销或相关专业大专及以上学历，广告、市场营销、新闻、大众传播等相关专业优先；
2、五年以上同星级酒店市场传讯工作经验，两年以上同星级酒店同岗位工作经验；
3、具有一定的战略管理、组织变革管理、管理能力开发、市场营销、合同法、财务管理及谈判技巧等方面的能力；
4、对市场营销工作有深刻认知，有较强的市场感知能力、敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力、密切的媒体合作关系；
5、熟练使用办公软件；
6、具有高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神，有较强的观察力和应变能力、出色的人际沟通能力、团队建设能力、组织开拓能力；
