BASIC FUNCTION基本职责

Responsible for planning and managing the overall sales and marketing of the hotel to achieve optimal occupancy, maximizing revenue, and meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for total revenue including group and transient rooms, group food and beverage, meeting room rental, local catering, and other revenues, as well as assisting and actively participating in yield management strategies. Strategies include market mix, pricing, status, direct sales, and marketing. Serves as an advisor to the General Manager on business intelligence. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责和义务

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Direct and manage all group, transient, and catering/banquet sales activities to maximize revenue for the hotel.指导和管理团队客户,散客,宴会销售活动,以实现酒店收入最大化。

2.      Prepare, implement and compile data for the strategic sales plan, monthly reporting, annual goals, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as directed/required.准备,落实和汇编战略销售计划,月度报告,年度目标,营销预算,预测和其他要求的报告。

3.      Survey, review and analyze competition, market trends, customer needs and comments in order to be proactive and adapt with business intelligence.运用自己的专业技能,调查,审核和分析竞争对手,市场趋势,客户需求和意见,以便能够及时的进行调整。

4.      Develops and submits to General Manager new sales plans and programs and determine the effectiveness of current plans and programs.制定并向总经理提交新的销售计划方案,确保当前计划方案的有效实施。

18.   Responsible for ensuring the hotel sales targets for rooms and MICE and banqueting is achieved, and for implementing and managing the sales performance of each sales team member.确保实现客房,会议和宴会销售目标的实现,执行和管理每个销售团队成员的销售业绩。

19.   Ensures compliance with all operating policies and procedures for sales and contracting.确保所有销售和合同符合我们的政策和流程。

Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience.本科以上学历及相关经验。

Experience经验

A minimum of 5 years experience in the international luxury hotel.至少5年酒店相关管理经验。
