职位描述

Duties and Responsibilities工作职责

Handles all administration work related with staff insurance , staff housing fund and Employment Contracts;

处理所有与员工保险、员工住房公积金及员工合同相关的行政工作;

Develop and maintains a positive and close relationship with the local Labor Bureau and Social Insurance Bureau;

与当地劳动局及社会保险局建立并保持积极的、紧密的关系;

Assists in ensuring all policies and procedures are in line with current Company guidelines and current local legislation and keeps abreast of current trends and practices in the personnel field.

协助确保所有规章制度与现行的公司指导方针及政府法规相符合,能紧跟当前人力资源领域的发展趋势;

Assists with the dissemination of information affecting employer - employee relations, employee activities and hotel policies and programs.

协助杜绝影响雇主与雇员之间关系、员工积极性及饭店规章制度及程序的消息传播;

Contributes to the development of the department’s goals, business plan and budget.

协助制定部门的目标、工作计划及预算。

Assists in the maintenance and review of personnel policies, procedures and practices, updating and \ or recommending improvements as appropriate.

协助维持和修订人事管理方面的规章制度,更新及/或及时提出适当改进建议;

Assists in the preparation of periodic reports for management’s use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements.

根据集团及政府的要求,协助准备供管理当局使用的定期报告;

Maintains and updates manual and computerized employee records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.

维持及更新与员工档案、法律文件、规章制度及其它人事资料相关的文档资料和电脑资料;

Produces the monthly Personnel Report and various monthly statistical reports as required by management e.g.: monthly labor turnover report, monthly absenteeism and sickness report, monthly head count report, monthly accident report, etc..

提交每月人事报告及管理当局要求的各种月统计报告,如每月员工流动报告、每月缺勤及病假报告、每月人员统计报告、每月事故报告等;

Co-ordinates the annual review and update of all job descriptions within each department.

负责配合各部门工作职责每年的修订及更新工作;

Co-ordinates the annual review and update of the Personnel department’s standards of performance manual.

负责配合人事部工作标准每年的修订及更新工作;

Assists in creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the hotel that allows for open two way communication that ensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels.

协助饭店营造和维持积极的氛围,提倡双向沟通,确保员工的士气及生产力提高到最佳水平。

Administers the performance appraisal system for operative and supervisory staff within the hotel.

负责管理饭店普通员工及督导人员的表现评估系统;

Administers the payroll personnel procedures which includes starters \leavers, house installment deductions, sickness and holiday accruals, personal loans deductions, and the final payment calculations.

负责人事工资制度,包括新入店/离职员工、内部扣款、病假及公休假期、个人贷款扣除及最后工资的计算;

Contributes to the development and implementation of improved methods of work and better utilization of staff in all areas.

为各部门改进工作方法以及更合理地分配员工提供帮助。

Conducts regular inspections, and ensures staff facilities, eg Locker rooms, house clinic, staff cafeteria are kept in a good and clean condition and they are well operated and maintained.

负责定期检查,确保员工设施,如更衣室、医务室、员工餐厅等保持良好清洁的环境,运作良好;

Counsels hotel staff as needed and under the guidance and direction of the Personnel Manager.

必要时在人事部经理的指导下规劝员工;

Assists in the implementation of the hotel’s grievance and disciplinary procedures. Conduct grievance and disciplinary meeting as necessary, and completes the necessary paperwork. Acts in accordance with the guidance given by the Personnel Manager.

协助员工申诉程序的执行。必要时主持申诉处理会议并完成必要的文件工作。根据人事部经理的指示行事。

Prepares company annual reports as required by legislation e.g. females staff working the evening shift, permit of overtime\dispensation.

准备法律机构要求的饭店年度报告,如女员工夜班工作、加班工作的批准等;

Prepares periodic reports as required by Management.

根据管理当局的要求准备定期报告;

Assists in the development and implementation of programmes to ensure employee safety and security.

协助确保员工安全及保密制度的制定与执行;

Assists in reviews of Hotel benefits and compensation levels.

协助处理饭店福利及赔偿事宜;

Monitors, and assists where necessary in all staff relations programs.

对有关员工关系的制度提供必要的监督及协助;

Assists the administrative work of the Staff Canteen Manager and Hotel Clinic when needed.

必要时协助员工餐厅经理及医务室完成行政工作;

Liaises with the Training Manager, the Training Co-coordinator and the Training Administrator as required.

与培训经理、培训协调员及培训主任保持良好联系;

Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

履行其它被分派的职责和特殊工作。

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。

Knowledge of Local Labour and Employment Regulations.

具有本地人力和雇佣法的知识

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

精通微软办公软件

Good writing skills

良好的写作技能

 

Qualifications –

学历

Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration. 

具有人力资源,培训或商业管理的毕业证书


Experience –

经验

1 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

1年相关工作经验或与此相当的教育与工作经验结合的背景
