岗位职责：
1、负责执行部门预算管理及各项财产管理工作；
2、负责消防和质量检查情况汇报，并针对各种问题进行指示和讲评；
3、按照酒店的服务流程及规章，加强对员工的培训、培养以及监督管理，树立全员品牌意识、营销意识、服务观念，维护企业利益，不断提高服务标准，建立一支优质高效、有竞争力的经营团队；
4、负责酒店及活动区域的管理，调研VIP客户对服务与活动的需求，及时收集宾客建议，策划、组织开展各类活动，规划VIP客户服务内容建设，管理VIP客户；
5、及时妥善地处理应对客户投诉和服务工作中所发生的各种突发事件；
6、分析市场动向、特点和发展趋势，设立市场目标，并进行相应的市场调研和分析；
7、持续关注市场动态和技术变革，提出创新的营销理念和战略，以拓展酒店的市场份额；
8、完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职条件：
1、大专以上学历，中高端酒店行业同等职位工作经验，或国际品牌酒店运营、前厅/客房经理从业经验；
2、熟悉酒店管理体系，具有较强的团队管理能力、业务统筹规划能力、客户意识、敏锐的市场洞察力和执行能力；
3、良好的抗压能力，有创新意识、团队精神，责任心强；
4、形象气质佳，沟通能力强，英语听说读写能力强者优先。
