岗位要求:
男士优先，年龄20-50岁之间，身体健康，吃苦耐劳，具有服务意识，态度较好！
具有相关资格证书，如电工操作证等；有相关工作经验优先；
岗位职责：
1. 负责酒店电力系统的运行管理，定期巡视电器设备，正确抄录各项数据并填写好报表；
2. 负责公寓各区域给排水管路的维护保养及各末端设备的维护维修；
3. 负责水泵房、锅炉房电器设备的维修保养及故障检修；
4. 负责电梯、空调、冷冻设备动力电源供给；
5. 负责酒店范围内所有照明设备的保养的故障维修（餐厅、厨房、客房、酒店动力设备电器的维护保养和故障检修）；
6. 对来电报修及时登记，并填写好派工单前往处理，同时做好每日工作时材料统计工作；
7. 处理故障时，维修人员应保持冷静头脑，按照操作规程及时排除故障；
8. 故障未排除不进行交接班，应上下两班协同工作，一般性设备故障应交代清楚并做好记录；
9. 随时保持值班室内外的清洁工作。
