DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责

Financial Related财务回报：

· Formulating the budget of Human Resources, and supervise the carrying-out of work accordingly

制定人力资源部的预算，并督促部门依据预算开展工作。

· Supervise manning budget and manpower allocation standards to manage budget

监管员工编制与人力配置标准以管理成本。

· Reduce financial risk caused by employment relationship

降低因雇佣关系引起的财务风险。

· Distinguish and analyse local salary and welfare level to ensure competitiveness in local market

识别和分析本地薪资福利水平，确保酒店提供的待遇具有同业竞争力。

Staff and Team员工团队：

· Create various kinds of plans to promote teamwork and create a positive working environment for team members (e.g.: staff meeting, recognition and celebration activities for team, communities and healthy activities etc.)

创建各种计划促进团队协作，为所有团队成员营造积极的工作环境（如：全体员工会议、团队成员认可与庆祝活动、社团、健康活动等）。

· Provide various kinds of coaching and trainings for leaders and staff, including performance management process, progressive punishment management and plans to increase working efficiency and performance

为酒店领导层和员工提供各类教育与培训，包括绩效管理流程、递进式惩戒规程和相关计划等，从而提高工作效率和提升绩效。

· Hold orientation for new employees to ensure they well know related standards, policies, regulations and rules, procedures, and welfare etc.

为新员工提供入职培训，让新员工了解酒店或公司的标准、政策规定、流程和员工福利待遇等信息。

· Make sure that the employment standards and government regulations are abided by in recruitment and selection

确保在招聘和甄选流程中随时遵守酒店或公司的聘用标准和政府法规。

· Plan and allocate tasks for the staff of Human Resources. Propose and initially draw up plans for salary, SOP and other human resources relates affairs according to related regulations and policies

计划和分配人力资源部员工的工作。根据酒店或公司的规定和政策，对员工工资、工作规程或其它与人力资源相关的事务提出建议或初拟方案。

Qualifications and Requirements任职资格和要求

Bachelor’s degree and above, 4 years of relevant experience. Those who have management experience and Human Resources Professional are given priority. Keep confidential for all human resources affairs. Local language is a must and those who master other languages are given priority.

大学本科或以上学历，4年相关工作经验。具有管理经验者优先考虑。具有专业人力资源职称者优先考虑。需对所有人力资源事务进行保密。必须会使用当地语言。能同时使用其它语言者优先。
