岗位职责/职位描述
1、在公寓人力资源战略、政策和指引的框架下，配合领导建立并实施人力资源方针和行动计划，保障酒店各项政策规定的执行和落实；
Under the framework of the residence's human resources strategy, policy and guidance, cooperate with the leadership to establish and implement the human resources policy and action plan, and ensure the implementation and implementation of the hotel's various policies and regulations;
2、负责薪酬、考核、员工关系等人力资源日常管理事宜；
Responsible for the daily management of human resources such as salary, assessment and employee relations;
3、定期进行人力资源数据分析，提交公寓人力资源分析报告；
Conduct regular human resource data analysis and submit residences uman resource analysis report;
4、根据行业和公寓发展状况，协助制定公寓薪酬体系、激励体系并负责实施；
According to the industry and apar development status, assist to formulate the residences salary system, incentive system and be responsible for the implementation;
5、负责制作定期及不定期的人力报表制作和分析工作；
Responsible for the preparation and analysis of regular and irregular manpower report;
6、建立良好的劳工关系，为员工提供专业的人力资源知识咨询及帮助，包含且不限于社保福利，公寓政策及规范的信息咨询及办事流程介绍等；
Establish good labor relations, provide professional human resource knowledge consultation and help to employees, including but not limited to social security benefits, residen policy and standard information consultation and process introduction
7、负责部门的日常事务管理工作，协助完成本部门员工工作考核、激励及部门资金的预算和人力成本控制等工作，公寓安排的其他工作。
Responsible for the daily management of the department, assist to complete the work assessment and incentive of the department staff, budget of the department funds and human cost control, and other work arranged by the residences.
