Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the Role)

- Maintain the fitness room and swimming pool facilities and equipment neat and clean.
  保持健身室内及游泳池各种设施、器材等的整洁卫生。
- Keep all items abundant.
   保持各种用品的充足。
- Register seriously give out locker keys and towels.
  认真为客人登记、发放更衣柜钥匙和浴巾。
- Serve guests with fitness serve.
  热情周到地为客人提供健身服务。
- Good knowledge with fitness room facilities and equipment, provide guests with protection and reference.
  掌握健身器材的使用和专业的健身知识，向客人提供保护和指导。
- Carry out the fitness room and swimming pool regulations seriously, pay attention to the guests and ensure of their safety.
  严格执行健身房和泳池规定，注意观察客人动态，确保客人安全。
- Take care of guests’ belongings properly.
  妥善保管贵宾专用物品。
- Keep a good relationship with guests, leaders and workmates.
  与宾客、领导、同事保持良好的关系。
- Accept suggestions and complains from guests, report to your supervisor in time.
  接受宾客的建议、投诉并及时向上级汇报。
- Attend the meeting and training of department.
  参加部门的员工会议和培训。
- Clean locker room of male& female, swimming pool and GYM equipment daily , maintain the above area clean and tidy.
  按照要求每日完成男女更衣室，泳池及健身器械的清洁工作及维护，保证上述区域的干净整洁
- Perform any other duties as required
  完成上级分派的其它工作

- Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Residence, the brand and the Company.
