工作内容：
1、负责西点、面包及甜品制作，把控烘焙工艺与装饰标准；
2、维护饼房设备及原料管理；
3、出品自助餐、下午茶及定制蛋糕、面包、巧克力及糖艺装饰；
4、维护饼房恒温恒湿环境，校准烤箱、发酵柜、急速冷冻柜参数；参与节日主题甜品设计。
职位要求：
有相关工作经验，擅长甜品、蛋糕等西点制作。
工作时间：排班。
