1.Ensure that the services to guests and internal customers given at long bar are exceeding guest expectations and in accordance with Waldorf Astoria’s Brand standards and procedures.

2.Attend daily F&B 11:00am briefing and communicate given information to the team

3.Assistant Manager is Responsible for the day-to-day management of team members working in the Department.

4.Responsibility for performance evaluation and optimization of productivity through efficient work practices and staff rostering (keep overtime at a minimum level)

- 5.Ensure Monthly training plan is created according the needs of the team (to be given at HR- Training department at every 25th of the Month)

  6.Understand and supervise opening and closing procedures including a thorough knowledge of the MICROS system
