职位描述

· To provide timely and effective Recruitment services for the Hotel.

· Work with department heads a to advise on strategy, shortlisting, interviewing and the offer process.

· Contribute to the formulation of Recruitment policies, strategies and objectives that are complementary to, and supportive of Hotel needs.

· Management of headcount requisition process.

· Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

· Determines the appropriate recruiting vehicles to utilize.

· Represent the organization at various recruiting events

· Be directly accountable for the attainment of safety and security standards of team members

· Advise department managers on the recruitment process and Third Party Management – recruitment community contacts, advertising agencies, internet suppliers.

· Align testing policy to the recruitment requirements of the Hotel and conduct reference check.

· Monitor and control expenditure within budget and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of actual spend.

· Develop and track Recruitment Market Intelligence.

· Talent Management - Pro-actively engage with perceived talent at application stage and maintain relevant relationships. Build relationships with third party suppliers to provide access to networks of candidates.

· Personal file – create personal file for new employee and ensure all required documents are all filed in, including the signed policies.

· Monitor respective departmental head on turnover trend and help on people retention.

· Campus recruitment. Maintain well relationship with school liaison officer to provide young generation candidates.

· In charge of mass recruitment, job fair, opening day and other relevant recruitment activities.

· Deal with all recruitment correspondence as is practicable. Effectively responds to all written or verbal external and internal enquiries and owns all correspondence and calls through to either completion or transfer of ownership to another member of the team.
