工作职责:RESPONSIBILITIES职责:	•	Reports to outlet as scheduled, in uniform, eat, clean and ready to work根据排班准时上班,准备工作之前需已用毕餐,换好工装,一切就绪。•	Must know the entire outlet schedule, have to know which waiter, supervisor is working and assign them side work duties.必须熟知整个部门的工作计划,以及每个员工和主管的工作,并为其分配其他工作。•	The Outlet Manager餐厅经理a)	Must know menu items as well as drink list必须熟知所有的菜单和酒水单内容b)	Must know outlet setup standards.必须熟知canting 的摆台标准。c)	Oversee entire operation; lead by good example监督整个运营过程d)	Handles complaints and reports to Executive Assistant Manager or Ass. Dir F&B in his absence all deficiencies.向行政助理经理,如果行政助理经理不在则向餐饮副总监汇报客人投诉。•	Trains new staff in all aspects of Outlet food and beverage WA service standards.培训员工全面餐饮知识和华尔道夫服务标准。•	Assists in set up,  ensure smooth operation at all times. 协助布置摆台,保证运营顺畅。•	Must know outlet service manual, hotel rules & regulations and hotel emergency procedure.必须掌握餐厅服务流程,酒店规章制度和紧急情况处理程序。•	Employee performs all cashier and revenue recording duties according to hotels policy & procedures.根据酒店的制度和流程,员工必须掌握所有的收款和收入登记的职能。•	To ensure that policies and procedures are followed.保证标准和规范得到执行。•	To monitor and enforce the staff’s personal grooming and hygiene standards at all times.监督可管理员工的个人仪表和卫生符合规定。•	To enforce the punctuality of the entire team.增进团队成员的时间观念和守时。•	To create a good working atmosphere and build a team in order to increase morale and efficiency.建立一个良好的工作氛围,增强团队的职业道德和工作效率。•	To handle employees’ problems and refer them to Executive Assistant Manager or HRD, if necessary.对于员工的问题,征询行政助理经理和人事部总监的意见。•	To coach and counsel the team members when required.必要时对员工进行处罚和教导•	To co-ordinate and implement training programs after identifying the need of employees, conduct training sessions for all staff members and evaluate their performance.在认清员工培训需求后,协调并引入培训课程,并评估员工的表现。•	To maintain effective communication and build good working relations with the kitchen.同厨房保持良好的工作关系和有效的沟通。•	To liaise with other departments.同其他相关部门保持联络。•	To prepare weekly duty roster for the department.预备部门每周排班计划•	To control time sheets, attendance records and all staff’s allowances.掌管工作时间表,考勤纪录和所有员工信息。•	To complete all necessary report on major events and activities of the department.汇报所有部门主要活动和事件。•	To monitor maintenance requisitions.维护状况追踪。•	To attend weekly F&B meeting, daily briefing and weekly Chef’s meeting.参加每周餐饮部会议,每日早会和每周厨房会议。•	To hold daily pre-meal briefing with staff.带领员工开餐前会。•	To conduct outlet meetings. 定期召开部门会议。•	To handle all guests’ comments on restaurant operations and record them on logbook.处理客人对于餐厅运营方面的意见,并反映到工作日志中去。•	To set up a regular and VIP guest cardex system.建立常规客人和VIP客人档案。•	To ensure hygienic service is provided and maintain good condition of furniture and equipment.确保卫生服务正常,所有的家具和设备状态良好。•	To monitor that budgeted food & beverage revenue and cost are kept in target.监督食品酒水收入和成本都控制在计划之内。•	To suggest ideas to the management and implement promotional activities in order to generate extra business.为管理和推广活动提供建议以推动更多收益。•	To perform any other duties that might be requested by the Executive Assistant Manager.执行行政助理经理分配的其他工作OTHERS其他•	To be knowledgeable in Food and Beverage service and operation.具备餐饮服务和运营知识。•	To manage the team by example.管理团队。•	To develop a professional service team.建设一支专业的服务团队。•	To supervise the monthly operating stock-taking.监督每月运营库存消耗。•	To provide input to budget and forecast preparation.准备预算和预报数据。•	To prepare and serve menu items.准备菜单项目并服务。•	To provide excellent service to guests to generate return business.为客人提供优质服务以争取更多忠诚客人。SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITYKnowledge and Skills     	•	Managerial/Training/Staff Management/Public Relations管理/培训/员工管理/公共关系•	Restaurant Operation/Organizational skills/Planning Skills   餐厅运营/组织能力/计划能力•	8-10 years of relevant working experience, out of which 5 years at supervisory level.8-10年相关工作经验,其中至少5年管理经验Personality                        	•	Outgoing, pleasing, neat and clean•	性格外向、有亲和力、整洁干净•	Be self-motivated and energetic.•	自我激励,精力充沛•	Ability to inspire actions and other people•	激发行动和他人的能力Job knowledge                  	•	Comprehensive F&B knowledge of all operations area (Finance, Operation, Marketing…)•	全面的餐饮业务知识(财务、运营、市场等…)•	Extensive F&B Knowledge of Beverage and Food•	具有丰富的餐饮和食品知识•	Strong computer skills•	丰富的计算机能力Others  •	Able to work as scheduled and as business and management dictate.•	能够按照计划和业务及管理部门的要求进行工作•	Honest, hardworking, a team player.•	诚实,勤奋,有团队精神•	Ability to perform well under stress.•	能够在压力下很好地工作•	Excellent public relations and communication skills. Able to communicate well with all the guests, fellow employees, subordinates and management both written and spoken,•	优秀的公共关系和沟通能力。能够与所有客人、同事、下属和管理人员进行良好的书面和口头沟通•	Ability to receive as well as deliver constructive criticism.•	能够接受和提出建设性的批评意见任职资格:REQUIRED QUALIFICATION•	Working knowledge of all aspects of Food & Beverage operations.具备餐饮运营的所有相关知识。•	8-10 years of relevant working experience, out of which 5 years at supervisory level.8-10年相关工作经验,其中至少5年管理经验。 •	Good administrative skills.良好的行政管理技能。•	Possesses business acumen.良好的商业嗅觉。•	Be self-motivated and energetic.积极主动,自我激励。•	Ability to lead, motivate and communicate with a team of restaurant staff.能够领导,激励和沟通餐厅的所有员工/•	Excellent command of written and spoken English.
