职位描述

岗位描述

1. 保证随时为客人提供高效的行政俱乐部的餐饮服务；

2. 熟练掌握有关酒水咖啡等专业知识及制作程序；

3. 提供顾客在入住和退房程序上的协助；

4. 提供顾客更新的促销福利,餐饮服务；

5. 遵照酒店现金银行政策, 管理好借贷业务；

6. 取得正确的核准签名；

7. 准确及时地关注房态；

8. 与客房部确认空房及已入住房的房态,确保提供给客人的房间都能使客人满意。

岗位要求

1. 至少具有一年前厅部工作经验；

2. 大专以上学历；

3. 精通电脑操作，预定和报告系统；

4. 具备餐饮服务技能；

5. 良好的财务意识；

6. 优秀的沟通技能和处理事情能力；

7. 能够和酒店的员工，管理人员进行有效的沟通，确保团队合作；

8. 熟练操作各种办公软件。
