岗位职责
1.为总经理安排会议及预约;2.参加行政例会,做好会议记录,了解各项决定、决议的贯彻情况;
3.汇总各类报表,做好酒店大事记和外事活动日志;
4.做好日常接待、来信来访等有关事宜;
5.负责总经理的日常电话接转;
6.审检对外发文、对内行文;
7.为总经理日常工作做好英文口头及书写的翻译工作;
8.完成上级交代的其他工作任务。
岗位要求
1. 本科以上学历,具有行政工作的工作经验;
2. 具备熟练的中英文读写及口头翻译能力;
3. 能熟练操作办公软件;
4. 熟悉总经理秘书工作和行政管理知识;
5. 具备能处理一般的文件、函电和资料的能力;
6. 具备较好的协调、接待工作的能力;
7. 有较好的文字组织能力,能撰写各类计划、总结、报告等。
