岗位职责
1.参加宴会厅经理召开的工作例会,了解每日的宴会安排情况并向本班组传达;
2.每日宴会前,根据宴会预定情况向服务员布置具体的岗位任务;
3.根据宴会预定情况,合理安排员工排班,保证所举办宴会能够合理、有序地展开。
4.在宴会厅经理的指导下,做好宴会设计、现场布置,督导服务员做好宴会前的摆台、清洁卫生、服务用具供应等准备工作;
5.关注客人用餐状况,适时征询客人的意见、建议,及时处理客人投诉及突发性事件并向宴会经理汇报;
6.宴会结束,清点厅房内物品及设施、设备,检查各厅房的宴会收尾的卫生清洁情况。
7.根据安排,对服务员开展相关的业务培训,不断提高服务员的服务技能与技巧,做好餐厅人才的开发和培养工作。
岗位要求
1.一年以上国际五星级酒店相等职位管理经验;
2.有较强的口头表达和书写技巧能力;
3.与其他酒店的员工和管理者的团队协作;
4.能在工作的压力下,同时处理多个任务的能力;
5.基本的电脑办公软件,预订系统,和销售点系统;
6.认真贯彻上级安排的工作要求,积极落实各个时期的工作任务和日常运转工作。
