岗位职责

1. 参与酒店的餐饮销售和营销策略的发展；

2. 制定和实施餐饮市场营销和销售战略，支持实现酒店的目标；

3. 参与所需简报，贸易展览和宴请；

4. 实现分配的细分市场内的个人和团队的目标；

5. 开发数据和建议方案，以满足客户的需求；

6. 与餐饮部经理一起准备在满足客户需求的同时最大化利润的方案；

7. 通过电话销售维持现有客户和新增潜在客户；

8. 联系住店客户，以培养更多的生意，重复预订，或转介到其他产品或集团其他姊妹酒店；

9. 每季度回顾个人目标; 建议并采取适当的行动来实现关键领域的目标；

10. 维护和更新客户信息，并与部门及时沟通相关信息。

岗位要求

1. 两年以上国际五星级酒店销售经验；

2. 出色的语言表达和人际沟通能力；

3. 有餐饮客源渠道；

4. 对目标的积极追求和不满足的精神,能承受工作压力；

5. 熟练掌握并运用市场营销的理念，方法；

6. 熟悉餐饮行业销售；

7. 负责餐厅的业务开发和客户群拓展，寻访写字楼、公司的企业客户或者团队客户。
